As much as odd it may sound, oil is used for cleansing the skin. Can adding oil to skin help it get rid of the already oily dermal situation?
If you think a little better, like dissolves like. This oil will bind the sebum (the already existing oil) to remove and it will eliminate the impurities.
The oil is also going to aid in balancing the oil production of your body. This means that if your skin is too dry or too treated with chemical products, your body tries to compensate by producing excess oil. If your pores are blocked by too many substances, the skin cannot breathe and detoxify.
The products we buy and use impair the natural hormones and natural oils and thus cause imbalance. This imbalance is what makes your skin combined.
You should replace these unnatural products with a simpler cleaning ritual based on natural product that will allow your body skin to balance itself. Your body always knows what it needs; you just need to give it the opportunity to balance itself.
Cleansing with oil is amazingly efficient. You just need to find the right oil that fits your skin or combine more oils that work the best for your skin which is unique.
How is it done?
Pick oil that is natural antibacterial or astringent, such as grape-seed, castor or hazelnut oil. You may also combine this astringent oil with a gentler one, which has high moisturizing properties, such as avocado, jojoba, argan or sunflower seed oil.
Do not forget – the astringent oil can dry your skin, so when you make the oil combination, prepare it in the following ratio: 10-30 percent of the astringent oil and 90-70 percent of the moisturizing oil. Do not change the ratios. If you have really oily skin, increase the dose of the astringent oil. If you have too dry skin, decrease the dose of the astringent oil and increase the dose of the moisturizing one.
