  1. Cleaning in the Wrong Way

In general, women make an unconscious mistake and tend to clean the area after urination from the back to the front. However, this is completely wrong and dangerous, as they transmit bacteria, such as E.Coli , from the rectum to the urinary channel.  Women`s urethra is shorter in comparison to men, and it allows bacteria to reach the bladder more easily and quickly, which in turn causes different urinary infections.  Remember, wipe from front to back!

  1. Too Much Cleaning

Toilet paper irritates the skin of the perianal area, which in turn causes inflammation and itching. It is recommended to wipe it twice, and if you need more than that, it is very likely that your digestive tract is not entirely emptied.

  1. You Sit Too Long on the Toilet

People with constipation of similar problem tend to make the mistake of sitting too long on the toilet. This is very bad because useless sitting does more harm than good.  Stand up and walk around in order to stimulate the digestive tract, rather than you sit on the toilet and wait for it to start working.
