Water is essential for normal functioning of our bodies, without it the functioning of any body organ would be impossible. However there two different ways of drinking it – wrong and right.
Do you know that drinking water right before you go to sleep is not good? Some call it disruptive because it wakes you up in the middle of the night to urinate and disrupts your sleep.
But this doesn’t mean that you should dehydrate during the night. Dehydration is a big risk for painful muscle cramps while you are sleeping and in some cases it can cause a heart attack. A glass of water before sleep is good for your health because it helps your body to cycle through toxins and dispel waste.
A glass of water in the morning is even more important than the one before bed because it activates the internal organs.
It is recommended drinking water before each meal because it improves your digestion and prevents you from overeating.
We thing that there is no need to say that in hot days or when you are exercising you need water in bigger amounts. And last but not least you should have in mind that if you are feeling tired without reason it could be a sign that your body lacks water.
