Ingredients:
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 1 bag of cloves
– 1.5 litres of natural water (not carbonated)
Preparation:
Put the cinnamon and cloves in the water. Leave it to stand for 4-5 days in the refrigerator. Every morning, drink 1 dl of water on an empty stomach.
When you have enough water left for another 4 days, prepare a new amount. Drink three bottles, and take a 15 days break. Repeat the process if necessary.
Note:
This folk remedy is great for lowering cholesterol and triglycerides.
