Many people in the world both man and women feel unsatisfied as a result of their bad looking bodies. This also makes them lack confidence. The truth is that we don’t have much time to go to the gum regularly and most of the diets that we can find are dangerous for our health. So is there anything else that we can do except these two things that can make our body better looking?
I remember when I was a teenager and Robyn Openshaw for the first time told me about the green smoothies. At that time I was obsessed with my body and how it looked. Not only did i want to be beautiful but I also wanted to feel healthy. This made me constantly searching for something that will help me look better, and have a body with which I would be proud. The best time for consuming these smoothies is in the morning for breakfast. There are 3 processes that happen in our body during the day: Elimination, Appropriation and Assimilation. The reason why we should consume the smoothies in the morning is that than we are in elimination mode and it focuses on releasing toxins and cleansing.
Eating heavy breakfast instead helping the body in the process of cleansing will make it more difficult.
The best choice for breakfast is raw food like vegetables, fruit and seeds. They are easy to digest and are full with enzymes and nutrients that fuel your body. If you decided to try the smoothies I must warn you that there are some things that you may not like and that will make you hesitate.

The first time when I prepared the smoothie the taste was awful. But the thing is that I didn’t prepare it well. I put a lot of greens and they were not blended well so the smoothie was chunky. Also we are used to sweet foods, and this sudden change will make as give up the smoothies immediately. In order to avoid this, first start preparing smoothies with 20 % veggies and 80 % fruit. And smoothly change the percentages of the content to 50/50
One of the crucial things for preparing a good smoothie is getting a good blender. With Blendtec you won`t make a mistake. With this blender the smoothie will be like Jamba Juice. But don’t give up only because you don’t have that much money to buy it, any other blender will be good. Another thing that I strongly recommend to you is putting the veggies first and blending them before adding the other ingredients, with this you will get rid of chunks and make the smoothie easier to drink.
You don’t have to be bored preparing every day the same smoothie. You can combine different ingredients and get a variety of them. You will never know which one is your favorite till you try several of them. You can make switches from a tasty one to weedy one, and with this make your family like them.
