Ingredients needed:

  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider. I use Bragg’s
  • 1 teaspoon of raw, organic honey harvested locally
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 organic lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder

Just mix all the listed ingredients together and drink it half an hour before breakfast. It would be good if you take one more glass of water after it.
