Elastic bandage
2 tablespoons of salt
1 egg yolk
Instructions:
Beat the yolk, add them and mix well.
Usage:
Apply a mixture to the cotton and place it on your knees – fasten it with an elastic bandage.
Let cotton work for 2 hours
Apply these coatings 4 times a day
How does it work?
