- Honey
Directions:
- Mix one part of baking soda with three parts of honey. For instance, 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 3 tablespoons of honey. Make sure you mix the ingredients very well, as the resulting mixture should be homogenous and smooth.
- Heat the mixture on low fire for a couple of minutes. When done with heating, the mixture is ready to use.
How to Use:
Take 3 tablespoons of this remedy throughout the day, over the course of a month. In addition to this, you need to avoid meat, sugar, and white flour during the treatment.
