Sciatica affects many of us today, some researchers call it “A New Health Epidemic”
How did we get a sciatica?
Sciatica actually come from the group of nerves in the lower back that makes the sciatic nerve.
Symptoms which characterized often sciatica are
- Permanent pain in just one side of the butt or leg (very rare in both legs)
- Pain when sitting
- Poorness in moving legs, feet, and / or fingers
- Sharp pain that can make it difficult to stand or walk
What causes it?
Sciatica can happen in all the years, but it is becoming increasingly common in the Middle Ages.
It is most likely to develop around 30-40 years and the shocking news is that some researchers have warned that they will in some way affect 43% of the population.
This is almost half the population, and taking into account the age of the people who are most affected, if you are over 30 and sit for more than 6 hours a day, unfortunately, you will suffer from a similar nervous pain in the future if you are not currently.
Sometimes people come to the doctor and they have pain in the ankle pain, but the real source of pain is their lower back.
NOTE:
It is very important to seek medical help in situations where the pain is consistent and unbearable because long-term nerve compression can permanently damage the nerve and its function. In these cases, your symptoms can become permanent
If you are like most people, you may have acute sciatic pain that usually cures within a few days to weeks, so there are three options for you to try, but before I enter into them, pay attention to a conservative treatment.
