There’s hardly anyone who hasn’t faced the unattractive, black spots on their face, called blackheads. Most people have them on the nose, but they affect the whole face, usually the chin and the forehead. Covering stubborn blackheads with makeup is not the answer. But, there are natural ways that can help you get rid of them.
First, it is important to remove the dead skin cells that trap the blackheads in the pores of the skin. This can be effectively done by exfoliation. You don’t have to buy expensive products, it is enough to moisten your face and rub it with coffee grounds with your hands or with a clean towel in a circular motion for about five minutes. Then wash your face.
Afterwards, put chamomile in hot water, bend over the bowl and cover your head with a towel and steam your face for about ten minutes. This process will also be useful for your sinuses. This will open the pores, and they will be ready for the next step.
The following step is crucial – a mask that will remove the blackheads and cleanse the pores:
- 4 spoons of baking soda
- 1 cup of mineral water
Mix the ingredients and put the mixture on your face, avoiding the eye area. Let it sit for 10 minutes, and then wash your face. The results will be visible immediately.
