E-Cigarettes Contain Ingredients That Are 10 Times More Likely to Cause Cancer Than Regular Cigarettes

If you smoke e-cigarettes, there is a big chance that you started doing so in order to quit real cigarettes, and chose them as a safer alternative. But, e-cigarettes are not as safe as previously thought.

According to studies, e-cigarettes contain many volatile organic compounds such as acetone, formaldehyde, benzopyrene, and silicate.

These compounds are used in nail polish removers and in those little gel packs in food and other things that say “poison – do not ingest”. Regardless of this, we continue to breathe these things into our lungs.

The German Cancer Research Center has called the e-cigarettes “an uncontrolled experiment with consumers”. Since they contain these volatile organic substances, the ‘fact’ that they are emission-free is a lie.

Studies have shown that these ultra-fine liquid particles can penetrate deep into the lungs. But, at least they produce fewer of these ultra-fine liquid particles in comparison with real cigarettes.

It has been said that secondhand smoke from e-cigarettes can have the same adverse effects like secondhand smoke from real cigarettes. Even though it was found that they emit less, the harmful emissions they have accumulate in the air when smoked indoors.

Inhaling vapors may look fun and be all the rage, just as cigarettes looked back in their day, but that doesn’t make them healthy. Maybe in the future states will try to mandate business owners and have them prohibit the smoking of these e-cigarettes on their properties.

You can smoke them in the grocery store today, but perhaps tomorrow they will be put on the same level as a real cigarette.

If you’re trying to quit smoking, instead of turning to e-cigarettes, try this effective mixture for quitting smoking.

You will need:
  • Lemon
  • Black pepper
  • Eucalyptus essential oil
Directions:

Mix equal parts of these three ingredients and put the mixture under your nose. You could also put it on a cotton ball and hold it under your nose. Inhale the scent several times with deep breaths. Repeat this when you feel the urge to smoke.
