Here’s what should be a part of your everyday menu to get the results you want…
The American diet allows rapid reduction of fat with a nutrition that is rich in protein and fat, and if you follow the instructions, you can lose 7 pounds in five days. Consume sour, pungent and salty food. It also includes fish, eggs and meat, and there should be more vegetables and fruit in your diet. Sweets and foods rich in carbohydrates are strictly forbidden. In this diet you should use cold pressed oil, drink at least 2 liters of water a day (without sodium and chlorine) or herbal teas.
Breakfast – you choose: Choose one of these two suggestions for breakfast and eat it for five days.
First choice: Make a mixture of 150g (5.29 oz) soft cheese of cow’s milk and a tablespoon of flaxseed or olive oil and a tablespoon of sunflower seeds or sesame.
Second choice: Cook an egg in a frying pan without oil or boil it, 50g (1.76 oz) non-fat ham and add 200g (7.05 oz) hard cheese with spicy fresh herbs.
Suggestion for the first day
Lunch: green beans medallions. Using a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil to medium high, add finely chopped onion, 300g (10.58 oz) of cooked green beans, a tbsp of fresh spicy herbs and a tbsp of chopped parsley. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry 120 g (4.23 oz) chicken filet seasoned with pepper. Serve together and add two table spoons saturated vegetable butter.
Dinner – Fruit salad with cheese. Cut an apple, a mandarin and a pear into slices. Mix the fruit with 100g (3.53 oz) green salad and add 3 walnuts, 50 g (1.76 oz) chopped pieces feta cheese and pour it with two tbsp oil and add some pepper.
