The health of the knees is essential for the balance of the entire body. The knees allow us to walk, jump, stand, and do basically all the activities we do.
As we age, the flexibility of the ligaments and the tendons of the knee might become reduced as a result of the reduction of natural lubricants of the joints.
We give you a recipe for a drink made of ingredients that contain plenty of vitamin C, magnesium, and bromelain.
All of these compounds have strong anti-inflammatory properties and are efficient in reducing pain. They also strengthen the joints and affect the entire body by providing it with energy.
Ingredients:
- 40 grams of honey
- 40 grams of finely chopped almonds
- 2 cups of pineapple chopped into cubes
- a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- a cup of instant oatmeal
- 250 ml of water
- 7 grams of cinnamon
Preparation:
Squeeze the pineapple cubes so that you get juice of them and cook the oatmeal. Then, separately, mix the honey, the almonds, the cinnamon, and the orange juice and blend them using a blender. While still smearing, add the blended oatmeal and the pineapple juice little by little to the mixture, and mix everything once again so that it becomes homogenous.
If you want, you can also add a few ice cubes and a little muddy to your healthy drink. Whatever case, the drink is ready to be consumed and enjoyed!
