People with allergies have 14 times higher chances to experience migraines, a chronic and painful kind of headache. The blood vessels are shrinking and create pressure due to the histamines that build up in the body as a reaction to the allergen. Also changes in the weather can cause headache, odor, elevation, light. Even some foods have the same effect, including potato chips, chocolate, dairy products and aspartame. Finally, do not sit for too long, do not slouch and do not clench your jaw. It is bad for the muscles, the bones, the circulation, but it is also bad because it can cause long-term headache pain.
