1. Food Intolerances
Some people think that food intolerances and food allergies are the same thing, but they are wrong. The difference between them is that food intolerance is postponed reaction to food, unlike food allergies that causes immediate itching, swelling or anaphylaxis. The most common food that can cause intolerance are eggs, nuts, gluten dairy, fruits like citrus, banana, pineapple. When you have food intolerance it causes inflammation on you digestive system and can irritate the intestinal tract which results in bloating.
2. Insulin Resistance
Common symptoms of insulin resistance are: increased appetite, weight gain (rapid in a period of 2-3 years), intense craving for sweets and carbohydrates, feeling tired and bloated after eating. Insulin is a hormone that is discharged from the pancreas in form of glucose (sugar) in blood. Insulin resistance is a condition in which the body’s cells become resistant to the effect of insulin. Then the pancreas tries to produce more insulin until it can no longer produce sufficient insulin that the body demands. As a result of this one person can develop high blood sugar that is a serious health condition.

Deficiency appears when pancreas in not producing enough enzymes that the body needs and it can cause bloating pain, indigestion and irregular bowel movements. There are many reasons that can cause enzyme deficiency such as: 1) chronic stress; 2) overgrowth of bacteria-yeast; 3) low stomach acid; 4) aging; 5) good intolerance.
