1). Ginger
Ginger is a multi-purpose digestive help. You can make yourself a tea, mix it with water, eat it with sushi, and it will balance your gastric fluids and calm the body. It is an antioxidant and anticoagulant, but do not consume it on an empty stomach, but instead, mix it with something else.
